WEBpacks.pt is run by Raymond. He considers himself a true European polyglot, having lived and travelled all around the continent.

Raymond has more than 25 years experience in internet and web development. Ranging from design to full stack HTML, CSS, Javascript coding as well as Wordpress and Dreamweaver site development and maintenance.

He believes that a main recquisite of any organisation delivering online services is having excellent customer service.
